Ryan Newman Finishes 3rd In Busch Series Emerson Radio 250 at Richmond

Ryan Newman had a great night in the Busch Series at Richmond International Raceway for the Emerson Radio 250.

Newman Ran in the top five almost all night after starting 4th.

He fought hard in the final laps to get around Kyle Busch for lead but ended up driving to hard and getting sideways a couple of times. This allowed Carl Edwards to get around him for second and dropping Newman to third.

The final laps were a green, white, checkered finish.

Kyle Busch led all but 25 laps of the Emerson 250 definetly having the car to beat.

Congratulations to Ryan Newman and his #12 Kodak:Think Team for a great job and a top 5 finish.

Newman will be starting 4th for the Chevy Rock & Roll 500 Saturday Night at Richmond International Raceway. Newman is locked OUT of the Chase For The Nextel Cup but is still looking for his first win in 70 races. That is a big dry spell that Newman has a great chance of breaking at 7 pm Saturday Night for the Cup Race.
