Ryan Newman Finishes 6th at Richmond

Ryan Newman and his #12 Alltel Dodge team finished 6th at Richmond International Speedway after starting 30th. This is two great top 10 weekends in a row form Newman and his Penske Racing team.

This weekends race brought Newman up 5 positions in the standings to 19th place and only 120 points behind 12th.

I was unable to watch this weekends race due to my being on vacation. Actually I was fully prepared to watch it Saturday Night, but due to the rain, I was was forced to be heading back home during the race and even had trouble catching it on the radio. So I am unable to let you know exactly what happened with Newman and the team. Obviosly they did pretty good.

I do have my stats table updated reflecting Newmans stats after Richmond. I will have the site updated for Darlington soon. I am still unpacking after getting in this morning at 6am after a 12 hour drive last night. I should be caught up soon.
